Operations Manager

We are looking for Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have superb customer service skills and be able to work in a highly demanding yet highly rewarding environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Day to day operations of dispatch and engineer’s schedule
  • Primary point of contact for all customer related issues
  • Following up on all surveys that are less than satisfactory
  • Managing client subscriptions
  • Maintain operational flow between Operations/Sales process relationship
  • Responsible for client billing
  • Develop weekly service reports
  • Develop and maintain operational budget
  • Assist COO in all operational related reporting
  • Implement and develop operational related procedures
  • Create and review service requests within trouble ticketing system
  • Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction
  • Maintain PO systems and handle all client procurement
  • Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences
  • Maintain and distribute schedules

Admin Assistant

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to a department and/or Manager

  • Cover Office/Service Manager duties as needed

Systems Engineer

Position Summary:

The Systems Engineer provides NWG Solutions clients with on-site and remote support for installation and maintenance of Microsoft Server and Workstation operating systems and applications in a LAN/WAN environment. Responsibilities include implementation of NWG Solutions market leading technology providing our clients with a full suite of remote services to facilitate hardware, software and network fault monitoring and resolution.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Microsoft Server systems engineering
  • Network design, installation and maintenance
  • Data backup, recovery, and cloud-based storage management
  • Implement and maintain Virtual Machine and Terminal Server technology
  • End-user workstation support
  • Microsoft Exchange and cloud email systems installation, migration and maintenance

Experience and Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in an IT support role
  • Microsoft Server operating systems, Active Directory, DHCP, print and file services
  • Unmanaged and managed switch technology supporting VLAN’s, subnets and VPNs
  • Wireless network access point technology
  • Experience with Microsoft Cloud Services
  • Server, workstation and cloud-based email and office applications
  • Vendor technology from Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, Ubiquiti, SolarWinds, etc.
  • Microsoft and Cisco certifications preferred but not required
  • Linux and OS X experience a plus

Sales Engineer

Position Summary:

The NWG Solutions Sales Engineer identifies current and future customer technology requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and existing customers. The Sales Engineer works directly with the Account Manager to provide resolution for technical issues arising during the sales engagement, helps clients define specifications and requirements, performs site surveys, develops solutions, and provides technology presentations to clients with varying knowledge of IT.

Essential Duties

  • Leads and attends customer technical meetings to understand IT business needs
  • On-site assessment of the customers’ existing network, server and application infrastructure
  • Prepares technical proposals and presentations in coordination with account management
  • Works directly with Account Manager to establish new accounts and services
  • Recommends improvements by analyzing cost-benefits in hardware, software, or service solutions
  • Evaluates emerging technology through manufacture presentations, hands-on access and research

Experience and Qualifications

  • Microsoft Server operating systems and virtual servers
  • LAN, WAN and wireless network design
  • Experience with Cloud services technology
  • Local and Cloud data backup solutions
  • Client server and multi-tier business critical applications
  • Technology industry certifications
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience implementing hardware, software and network technology
